As therapists, coaches and counselors we show up day in and day out to support others healing.  When we attune deeply to others, we can find our own inner lives stirred up; both in positive and challenging ways.  But of course our sessions are not the place for our inner work to be explored openly. 

This Group supports our inner experience as practitioners - through group sharing and one on one guided Narm based processes - in order to nurture the inner balance and grounded embodiment we need to show up for others.  

We meet on zoom at noon.  There are no more than 6 people per group, so it small and connected.  We all check in the first part of the hour and then open the space for those who have a specific challenge, celebration or topic they want to bring into a longer process.  The Group is designed to be calming and grounding for the nervous system in order to enter back into the flow of our work day.

There are two separate groups that meet weekly - one on Monday at noon and one on Tuesday at noon.  So choose which day fits best into your schedule.

  The cost is $100 per month.
